Bookkeeping Fees

Monthly:

Rate: CAD $24.45/Hour + GST + QuickBooks (or other software charge) Charge, if applicable

💡To give you an idea of costs: An average small business usually takes about 15h/month to keep the books.  $24.45 x 15h = $366.75 + $18.34GST = $385.09/month.  However, the amount of bookkeeping hours charged will depend on the amount of transactions your business makes per month.  

🖋️Optional Contract Deals: 

Rate: CAD $24.45/Hour + GST + QuickBooks (or other software) Charge, if applicable, plus you receive a percentage off the hourly rate on each invoice given during your contract terms.

6 Months: Pay a retainer of $500  (this is a deposit that goes toward your monthly invoices, not an added expense) and sign up for 6 months of bookkeeping services to receive 5% off the hourly bookkeeping rate for the 6 month contract terms.

Yearly: Pay a retainer of $1000 (this is a deposit that goes toward your monthly invoices, not an added expense) and sign up for one year of booking services to receive 10% off the hourly bookkeeping rate for the 1 year contract terms.
