Bookkeeping Fees

Entrepreneur Contract: $24.45/hour + GST (up to approximately 14–15 hours per month)

This option is designed for new or very small businesses with lower transaction volumes.

Once your monthly hours consistently exceed 14–15 hours, you will transition to the Small

Business Contract.

This structure allows startups to receive professional bookkeeping support without

committing to a full monthly package. Many early-stage businesses only have a handful of

transactions per month and primarily need guidance and oversight.

Bookkeeping is often the first task entrepreneurs attempt to handle themselves to save

money — but without proper accounting knowledge, this can result in costly mistakes,

penalties, and clean-up fees later.

Note: For the small and medium business contracts the transaction volume is based on bank and credit card statement activity, not daily sales reports.

Small Business Contract: $350 CAD/month + GST

This is a monthly bookkeeping contract that is for small business who have 300 

transactions or less/month.

Medium Business Contract: $750 CAD/month + GST

This is a monthly bookkeeping contract that is for small business who have 300-500 

transactions/month.

At this time, Bolen’s Bookkeeping is focused on supporting small businesses with ongoing monthly bookkeeping needs. We are not currently accepting large corporate engagements or extensive historical clean-up projects. Thank you for your understanding and we apologize for and inconvenience.
